Make sure you delete the old files before uploading new PDFs. Simply go to Manage Lenders, select Edit for lender to delete, then tick Is Quoting Enabled for this lender? and hit save. The old PDF will then be removed ready for the new one.

Product and fee names have been standardised for consistency across all lenders. Currently, fees use the product name (e.g., Prestige 1 – Masthaven Second Charge – Fixed – 36m – ≤65% – Lender Fee (£1,495.00)), while plans show the main name with rate and term details (e.g., Masthaven Second Charge – Fixed – 36m – 10.35%).
